Philips, a global campaign for Ambilight technology featuring both the men’s and women’s FC Barcelona squads. Men’s stars: Robert Lewandowski, Lamine Yamal, Raphinha, Jules Kounde, Frenkie de Jong. Women’s stars: Alexia Putellas, Esmee Brugts, Vicky Lopez, Ingrid Syrstad Engen, Fridolina Rolfo.
THE ASK
Produce the video content displayed on Ambilight screens during the shoot with players. Visuals designed to push the technology to its limits, draw genuine reactions from the stars, and become the centrepiece of the campaign creative. A hybrid production: real footage of the players combined with VFX and AI-aided visuals. Campaign coordinated and led by The Brand Father agency (Amsterdam). TYNC was responsible for the on-screen video production.
OUR SOLUTION
For the men’s squad, we created abstract compositions: fluid, vivid, layering shapes and motifs into a single powerful visual form, designed to push Ambilight to its absolute limits. For the women’s squad, we took a different approach: colliding film and TV genres into one continuous flow. The same characters leaping between visual styles, each reflecting a different player’s taste. The script built toward the moment where they all come together to watch something that fits everyone.
We were on set: making sure the content played right, the recordings ran smooth, and getting to watch the players react to what we’d created with our own eyes. That part was magic.
