CLIENT

PROMIS is a household name with over 35 years in home goods, garden equipment, and wooden children’s toys. A trusted brand with a loyal customer base, but a visual presence frozen in time - out of step with how people shop and scroll today.

THE ASK


PROMIS needed a complete visual overhaul: rebrand, new identity system, e-commerce and social content, video ad campaigns. The only assets we had to work with were manufacturer pack shots on white backgrounds and quick phone snapshots.

OUR SOLUTION


We started with a full rebrand: locking in the visual language, colour palette, art direction, and brand voice. From there, we built a repeatable content system - defined models, interiors, session style, and copy tone. Every asset, from a product shot to a video ad, looks and feels like part of a single cohesive production.

The same faces appear across e-commerce, social, and video campaigns, building recognition and trust. Interiors match the brand palette, copy matches the brand voice. Everything works as one integrated system.

All of it produced without photographers, actors, locations, product shipping, or worrying about weather and seasons. The client sends a pack shot. They get finished content.

DELIVERABLES


Full rebrand and visual identity system. E-commerce content library (contextual product photography in styled interiors). Social media content: seasonal and launch-driven posts plus product-focused formats. Video ad campaigns (5s-60s spots) for Meta and Google. Packaging design with updated branding. Ongoing ad campaign management across Meta and Google.
